Our experts have extensive experience in auditing for foundations. We support your foundation through the audit process and are familiar with the special characteristics of auditing for foundations. You are required to appoint an authorised KHT or HT auditor or audit firm.
The rules of your foundation may require the appointment of two or more auditors. If your foundation has not appointed an audit firm as its auditor, the deputy auditors must also be authorised auditors. Foundations are required to appoint one authorised deputy auditor or audit firm for each authorised individual appointed as an auditor.
